These Terms govern the use of PickupApp, a software platform developed by SkandiByte for digital driver check-in and warehouse operations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PickupApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

2. The Service

PickupApp provides digital tools for warehouse driver check-in, registration, signatures, document generation and operational reporting.

Features may change over time as the platform evolves.

3. Accounts & Access

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user accounts, authentication methods and assigned permissions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Ensure drivers are informed about local data processing where required.
  • Keep devices physically secure.
  • Report security incidents without unnecessary delay.

5. Availability

While PickupApp aims for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

6. Billing

Pricing is based on the agreed subscription, usage and optional services such as additional locations, tablets, onboarding, integrations or custom development.

7. Limitation of Liability

PickupApp is provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkandiByte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the applicable subscription or written agreement.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
