Working closely with warehouse operations, we experienced the same challenges every day. Drivers arrived with handwritten paperwork, office staff manually registered information, documents were passed between departments, and archived on paper. The process worked—but it wasn't efficient. We built PickupApp to solve exactly that problem. Instead of replacing existing warehouse systems, PickupApp focuses on improving the first interaction: the driver's arrival. With a simple tablet, drivers register themselves, sign digitally and hand the information directly to the office.
